Returns/Replacement Policy

This “Site”, Servify Store ( is operated by Service Lee Technologies Private Limited.

Our policy lasts 48 hours. We do not offer refunds and only offer replacement in case of a manufacturing defect i.e. the product is not working as prescribed by the manufacturer. If 48 hours have gone by since delivery and you haven't reported a defect, we can’t offer you a replacement. To initiate a replacement, we request you to call us at 8657441229.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement. 

If you are approved, then we will ship you a new product. If you are not approved, then we will ship the same product back to you.


On receiving a replacement request, we will arrange for the logistics. In case we do not have pickup option for your locality, we would request you to send the product to:
